Alright folks, we're kicking off a new class at a new time by introducing the 12:00 noon, Sunday class with an Irish Brunch Ride! That's right, our good friends and neighbors, Banter Irish Pub and Restaurant, is helping us host a 12pm Spin class @ our Forest Hills location, Sunday, May 5th, followed immediately by an incredible Brunch over at Banter. It's only $25 to attend both, or $15 to join us for the Brunch @ 1:00pm. Seats are limited for the class, and Pre-registration is required, so sign let us know ASAP if your in or out! NEW CLASS!!! Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 5pm aimed directly at our TEENS. Chris Howard will be working with the kids on Speed, Performance, and Fitness. Through spinning, dumbells, Suspension Bands, and Chris' unique program design, your kids will be a little bigger, faster, stronger, and much more physically fit than ever before. No heavy lifting, no Steroids, no nonsense. If they have a specific sport their playing in the Spring, let us know and Chris will customize a workout for them.
8-class packages for $80 & 16-class packages for $140! If they miss a class, no problem, they only get their ticket punched when they attend. Twice a week, for the dulldrums of winter.
2 x $12 Tuesdays and Thursdays ARE BACK!!!!! So come on down and bring that friend, family member, or coworker that is constantly complaining about how he/she should exercise more. As of January 1st. our menu for SPECIAL class packages will be; 30 day "Unlimited" pass. 90 day "Unlimited" pass. Our "Freedom Plan", which is 21 classes, is transferrable and is good for one year. Smaller packages available, see front desk for details. ALL OF OUR PACKAGES ARE ALL INCLUSIVE! YOU PAY ONE PRICE FOR EVERYTHING WE OFFER! NO HIDDEN FEES, NO NONSENSE.
Mark the date on your calander, Jan. 5th, cause thats the day we all get together for a few hours of Fun n Fitness to help out our own community. Suncycle Studios is holding a "Ride for Rockaway Recovery", from 9:00am till 2PM with our "Holiday Extravaganza" Party from 2:00pm til ???? 100% of the proceeds goes to our very own Graybeards, so they can continue to help our friends and neighbors get back on their feet. This is the most grass roots way to know where your donation money is going. Just pick up a sponsor sheet at the studio or online, get people to sponsor YOUR participation in one or all of the 5 different clases being run, back to back, that day. You pay nothing, unless of corse you want to donate as well. The after party is FREE, with food and drink a plenty, (But you can bet we'll be asking for donations then as well). Come by the studio, or call, 718-318-3410 for more details. We still have alot of work to do, Please Help your own friends and neighbors, who may still be wihtout heat or hot water, to say the least.
We're sorry folks, but in this time of need, when we need money, advise, help, friendship, piece of mind, and health, we @ Suncycle Studios don't feel like asking you to pay for an hour a day that helps you feel a little better. We will continue to give FREE classes through the month of December, so grab a friend and come on down! You'll be glad you did!!!
We want to take a minute to acknowledge someone who has become as much a part of the heartbeat of this community as anyone. Our very own Kenny Pena' has spent countless hours, planning, taking donations, giving out supplies, cooking, feeding people, and just trying to comfort and support anyone who needed it. He is now working on re-building and improving the studio that we call home. We're all blessed to have him.
